Acquired by HPB in 2002, Lower Knapp Farm was an established holiday cottage centre and has been re-developed and upgraded to Bond standards.
Lower Knapp’s 16 one, two and three bedroom cottages and apartments have been sympathetically converted from a substantial Victorian farmhouse and outbuildings. An additional disabled-adapted property to meet the needs of accompanied wheelchair holidaymakers should be available from early 2010. All the properties are superbly furnished with televisions and DVD players (for which a free DVD library is available). They also have fully-fitted kitchens equipped with microwaves, and are centrally heated to offer comfortable accommodation in both summer and winter.
Central washing and drying facilities are available.
There is an existing partially adapted unit for accompanied disabled holidaymakers.
